This blog represents my yearlong journey of introspection in the search for the elusive feeling of contentment. Its primary aim is to provide a method of recording and reflecting on the journey itself, what worked for me, and what didn’t.

After struggling with accepting a diagnosis of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, I undertook this project as an opportunity to evaluate all aspects of my life in order to weed out the negative, build on the positive, and continue to move forward along the road to recovery.

May my experiences provide hope and inspiration to others, and possibly a little entertainment along the way!
